BlackBerry in talks to acquire cyber security start-up.
It’s been rumored that BlackBerry is currently in talks to acquire Cylance, the cyber security start-up.
Cyclance was founded six years ago and develops artificial-intelligence-based products to protect companies from cyber-attacks.
The deal may be announced as soon as next week, and its price is believed to be as much as as 1.5 billion dollars, though no financial terms have been officially announced yet. On the other hand, some sources believe that the deal could actually fall apart.

أعلنت بعض المصادر الغير رسمية عن أن بلاك بيري تتفاوض حالياً لشراء الشركة الناشئة للأمن الإلكتروني وأمن الإنترنت، Cylance.
أنشئت Cylance منذ ٦ سنوات، وتعمل على تطوير منتجات الذكاء الاصطناعي لحماية الشركات من الاختراقات الالكترونية.
من المتوقع أن يتم الأعلان عن هذه الصفقة بحلول الأسبوع القادم، وأن تكون تكلفتها حوالي ١.٥ بليون دولار، ولكن لم يتم الإعلان بأي شكل رسمي عن السعر الحقيقي. كما تتوقع بعض المصادر أنه من الممكن أن لا تتم الصفقة من الأساس.
