Elizabeth Chaney is a retired tax professional and avid educator with over 37 years of
experience. Retired in 2013, she was appointed by the federal Treasurer as a Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP) member serving till 2016.
Ms. Chaney is currently working with the Detroit chapter of Black Girls CODE, Inc. to introduce females ages 7-17 to STEM careers. She has a BBA degree in Accounting; holds an MBA in Technology Management; and a Masters certificate in project management.

Currently, Dr. DeFoe is President/CEO of Upshift Global and the Founder of the Circle of 99. Dr. Davis-DeFoe has authored over $500 million in grants which funded a range of development programs.

He is co-founder & former President of Batchery, an incubator for seed stage startups.
